Model PI Answers

Why do you want to pursue an MBA?

After [X years] in [domain], I want to transition into strategic roles where I can combine analytical skills with people leadership. An MBA will give me structured business fundamentals, peer learning, and campus placements to make that shift credibly.

What is your biggest weakness?

I sometimes over-analyse before deciding. I've addressed this by setting decision deadlines and using 80/20 prioritisation — which improved my project delivery speed by measurable outcomes at work.
